We are fortunate to live in an area where numerous companies seek to partner with non-profits, such as PTA organizations.
In these community partnerships, employers offer Volunteer Grants in recognition for volunteer activities employees and retirees dedicate to charitable organizations. To further encourage these efforts, companies will donate funds in exchange for hours their employees volunteer.
Several of these companies also offer matching monetary donations. For instance -when you pledge a donation to a student’s Fun Run account, your company may match that donation.
